 I, Joseph Jones, of Amelia County, Virginia announce today my intention to challenge Del. Thomas C. Wright for the republican nomination for HD-61 in 2023. By the time of the election, Del. Wright will have been in office for nearly 25 years. My goal in this campaign is to change Richmond!
